Stress and anxiety are actually a normal part of life -- it's about how much of it and how we are coping with it -- this is how we get off balance.

The body reacts to this imbalance physically, mentally and emotionally. There is a universal stress response that happens, but each of us may manifest our stress a little differently.

It's no secret that getting a handle on our own stress in life will lead to us feeling better!

How is stress related to your energy systems?
