Grounded Roots offers seasonal opportunities for women to find more joy, ease, and connection with themselves and each other. Our offering is a response to what it feels like to be a woman today - all the roles, responsibilities and realities of life. 

A retreat creates the much needed space for your clarity and opening to that beautiful small voice within. In this space you can just be, and you end up developing a keener sense of yourself - leading to a sharper focus on where you are going and what you are here for. You receive the benefits that take you back into your life feeling more grounded and willing. There is so much of you to explore. Let’s do it together with nature by our side and recognize that we are not alone.  Ladies, we need each other.

3 Pillars of Grounded Roots Retreats

  • It starts with tending to yourself and becoming your own ally. Being lovingly honest with yourself and opening to fulfill that soul need within. How can you nourish yourself? Inquiring, what does it feel to be like you in this moment, and what do you need? It may look different depending on the day, the season, and the year. Yet, it starts with tenderness and nourishing the beautiful being that you already are.

  • Space to find connection within yourself. Paying attention to where we lose or gain our connection within. Where are we resisting or dimming our own light? Connecting with the Earth and the elements for grounding and clearing. Finding out about who you are under all the roles and masks. Creating authentic connection within your being for more flow, ease and receptivity. The power of women connecting to each other in a community in a way that provides support. Reweaving the connection of women, the connection that is sacred and the one that heals.

  • Gathering the energy to ignite your spark. Space to feel your inner fire, remember your desires and uncover your intuition. We can get caught up in all the responsibilities and the “shoulds” that squash our creativity and spunk. A retreat allows the space to ask, How am I inspired? What inspires me? Allowing yourself permission to explore and expand into all the possibilities.

Meet Your Hosts

A collaboration between Beth Lynch of Roots & Wings and Annie Siegal of Simply Grounded

Beth Lynch, EEM-AP, MSN, RN is an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and Certified Warrior Goddess Facilitator. Through private energy sessions and group events, Beth guides people to connect with their own energy systems, journey back to themselves, and feel healthier and more alive.

Annie Siegel, E-CYT-500 is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping her clients and students become more mindful in their daily lives. Annie offers online meditation and yoga classes, as well as one-on-one Thai Massage, Yoga, and Meditation sessions in her clients' homes.
