Calm the Flames of Summer!

Fire and the Summer season can send energy all over the place! You can feel it as increased anxiety, overwhelm, rising panic or excessive heat in the body.  The Fire Element is in charge of blood vessels and circulation, therefore blood pressure can be impacted and balanced here too!

This exercise by Donna Eden of Eden Energy Medicine is the 'go to' for balancing the Fire Element within.  It taps into many energy systems including chakras, meridians, and radiant circuits!  I love it for its grounding effects. I've witnessed people in the moment calm from anxiety as they were doing this one!
